Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refunds and returns policy is straightforward. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange, provided that your items meet the following criteria:

  • The items are in their original packaging
  • The items are in their original and unused condition
  • Your order is not more than 30 days old

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.

Exchanges:

If any items are defective or damaged, we will happily replace them. Please send us an email at swingtails@nantucketpoisonswingtails.com, and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear image of the damaged or defective item or items
  • A description of the damage or defect

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a replacement order free of charge.

Shipping Returns:

If you want to return your unused product for any reason, please email us, and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, please note that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
